Delivery
All orders are packaged with the upmost care and sent within 1-3 days of ordering unless the item has been backordered or pre-ordered (before the item is in stock). The delivery times provided at checkout are an estimate based on courier information, we are not responsible for courier delays.
U.K. Delivery Charges
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on all orders. For faster shipping, Royal Mail 24 is available at a cost of £3; for express delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery is available with a delivery charge of £6.
Worldwide Shipping Free on Orders £60+ (automatically applied at checkout).
Republic of Ireland Delivery Charges
For R.O.I. orders, we post via DPD at a cost of €6; free DPD shipping on orders over €60.
USA & Canada
Royal Mail International Tracked is used for our orders to USA & Canada. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5-10 business days; however, this is only an estimate and delivery can take longer depending on external factors that are out of our control such as staff shortages within the postal system. If an order is shown as being in transit on tracking, we cannot provide a refund. If an order is lost in the mail, we will work with the courier to locate the parcel and in failing that we will send a replacement.
